The Chateau - Franklin

My wife and I went there for some Italian cooking. We ordered the Chicken Parmesan and we were not disappointed, it was delicious, comes with your choice of pasta and a side of bread. We had drinks and enjoyed our dinner. It wasn't too crowded but it usually is, I would recommend this place for a great dinner.

New location in Franklin is just as good as the Chateau's other locations. Wonderful waitstaff and top quality food. Always have a hard time deciding what to get because there are so many delicious items on their menu. Great for catering as well. Used the Norwood location for catering trays for my rehearsal dinner, many years ago, and they didn't disappoint. The fried ravioli is a personal favorite, but you can't go wrong with anything on their menu.

Came with a large party and was skeptical based on the other reviews. Food was pretty good and service was accommodating and efficient for a party of over 10. Entrees are a bit pricey but we were able to get the early bird menu which is definitely a great deal! Will definitely go again

The Chateau Franklin offers a lot of menu options. I was impressed with the level of service I received. The speed of the wait staff and the clean, well lit dinning experience. The food is expertly prepared and looks amazing. In my personal opinion the seafood Platter lacked flavor. Maybe a seafood or tartar sauce would have help.

Family chain of Italian restaurants. Very broad menu but what you would expect.
Their portions are very generous.
We went for lunch and we both had almost half our meal to take home after salad and delicious bread before our entree.
We were disappointed we were not able to partake in something from the dessert menu. The choices looked fantastic.
One thing that impressed me was the way when we asked for something even just a little bit special our waitress made it seem so natural. Like it was not a bit out of the ordinary or any trouble what so ever. Never a blink or a hesitation. She just repeated what we said and wrote it down and we got what we asked for. Restaurant policy, excellent waitress or both? Doesn't matter. Worked for me.
