Szechuan Garden

Polite and efficient service, order from the "special" menu or ask for recommendations. An order of egg foo young will yield food prepared for american sensibilities as opposed to that region for which this restaurant is named. An order of dry spiced fish, the house specialty, arrives in the wok that has cooked these crisped, tender nuggets of fish. Prepared simply with green onion and celery, the dish is fiery with whole red chili peppers. The fish is lightly breaded before being dry fried. The oil is red and clear, almost non existent in its lightness.

While the buffet does not have as much variety as other restaurants, the food is always delicious and fresh. The ambiance is peaceful and quiet. Th owner is always very kind. Being a vegan, I order from the menu and my family goes to the buffet, but we all enjoy it very much. The buffet has ice cream and jello for the kids. Best chinese restaurant I have found so far around the Franklin area.

The ladies that worked here at (6/27) was total sweethearts. My husband surprised me and took me on a date day and this was worth the surprise. The food tasted clean and the sugar rolls were AMAZING lol

Great buffet and can't beat the price. Food was fresh and hot. This is my go to place for chinese food!!

The food was really good for a buffet and customer service was genuinely bar none! I highly recommend this Szechuan garden. If you happen to drop by for the buffet, make sure you try their garlic noodle, their chicken teriyaki and their fried dough.
