    Found this place months ago the best bowls and smoothie ever... But do not leave without trying the donuts .. A great place right here in Norwood ...

    First time experience was amazing and the staff was super friendly/helpful! Will definitely be coming back here regularly after the gym.

    Stop whatever you are doing and go!!!! Had a great first experience and a yummy passion fruit shake. Will definitely be back to try the others!

    I discovered simple nutrition delivering a package to the place last month and I stopped in again today and I have to say they have the best shakes that I know of. They have so many flavors it took me a couple minutes to decide, I got pumpkin spice and it was amazing, and it wasn’t all sugary like those shakes at McDonald’s, I highly recommend this place if you are conscious of what is in your shake or if you want a healthy shake! I will come back again if I’m delivering packages in the area again :)
