Its a home away from home. I loved the place so much that I stayed more than 2 years here. The owner Cathy is very professional and helpful. Any requests or complaints are taken care of within a few hours.
There seems to be a malicious propaganda to tarnish the good will of this place, so beware and experience the A+ service by staying here.

I have been living in this place for almost a year now. Location is great, 0.5 miles to Quincy Center (T stop, Buses, Shops etc), 0.1 miles from some of the best restaurants around - "The Fours", "The Fat Cat" etc. Safe neighborhood still, considering it is so close to T-Stop. Great place if you want to survive without a car. Coming to the place - it is kept REALLY clean; very hard-working landlady; quiet in the night and you get fresh linens once every week. Wifi can be little dicey at times depending upon which floor you are in; but I really appreciate Landlady putting an extra Extender/Booster on my request. People around you are nice too and never been treated badly; trust me on that; otherwise I would have been out of this place in a week's time (that's all you need to give as notice). If this place fits your requirements; I highly recommend it.

I lived here for a little over a year. The owners were fantastic!! Rooms are cleaned every week with linens changed. Community kitchen and bathroom which are cleaned EVERYDAY. They even provided Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner for all tenants. Let me tell you, those dinners were a feast that I never experienced before.
Cathy & Joe are the most caring and nice people I have ever met. I can't believe the reviews I've read from 2 years ago. Those are not the people or experiences I had at Brookside Manor. I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.
