One of our new favorite restaurants. As frequent eaters we like to find places with consistent greatness. The Fat Cat is the spot for that in Quincy. The food comes out fresh and the atmosphere is as good as it gets.
We cannot wait for many more meals to come.

Quick, inexpensive and great food for lunch. Can’t go wrong with the $8 philly steak sub with Cajun fries. Kids meals were very delicious for $4. Kids had to fight me from eating their meals too

I'd give it a 6 if I could! Here's why. What is the first thing you experience up on arriving at a restaurant? Waiting for a seat of coarse. Friendly, prompt service. Next was menu options. We have recently become a family aware of acute food allergies. So dairy, and tree nuts are a huge concern. Turns out they have a lot of options, and are extremely accomadating. What a refreshing idea - establishments that cater to customer needs!
The service we received throughout our meal was top notch, the food quality was absolutely satisfying, and the portion size? You will walk out as a Fat Cat! I had their traditional Nachos. It's listed as an appetizer, but it's a meal! And price? There were 4 of us, and we were stuffed for under $40!

Keep up the great work, and much continued success to the staff and owners!

I can honestly say that I've never had a bad meal, and I've been coming here for years. They have a great selection of martinis, as well as beer and wine. The appetizers are great, my two favorites are the steamed muscles and the buffalo chicken nachos. I've even had those as my main dish at times! The sandwiches all come with fries, and are priced around $8-$12. There are also a variety of salads available in the same price range. The mains start around $14, and can get to be $22 and over, but they are always great quality and delicious. The same dish would be well over $30 in Boston. If you enjoy steak, the ribeye is outstanding! Great waitstaff and service. This place can get very busy, but the wait is worth it. Also, you can place a pick-up order if you don't want to wait.
