Dim sum made to order. Photo is runny duck egg sesame ball. Sweet and yummy! Their chang fun is pretty good. I loved the Buddha delight veg rice roll. Egg custard is excellent, delicate and delicious! Hancock street and side street Elm Ave. parking.

I went here with my parents for dinner and the food is SO GOOD. we got and array of various dumplings, steamed pork buns, veggies, and other dishes.... everything was delicious and very filling! also, considering the amount of food we got it was a very reasonable price.

Highly recommend. The food is exceptional; dumplings simply divine and noodles for the kids worked - I was very satisfied. Restaurant gets busy on the wk ends, remember to take cash with you as this place does not accept credit cards.

Winsor Dim Sum Cafe & Bar has the best salty egg custard steam buns. It has all the usual dim sum items plus more because they have custom made to order and therefore much more than the tradition style of carting food around. All dishes are freshly made daily and you can have dim sum all day even for dinner. If you like dim sum, make sure you bring a lot of cash because this is a cash only restaurant. But it is all worth it!
