I went there not really knowing what to expect but I was delightfully surprised! The drinks are wonderful personally, all I have had is the Watermelon Colada and I am IMPRESSED!! It tastes amazing and I can't wait to try everything else on their board of drinks :) I hope everyone else can enjoy The Daily Grind as much as I do.

Best shakes around! I've been using Herbal life for 3-4 years now, a shake and tea in the morning as a pre workout breakfast and sometimes for lunch. These products plus a healthy lunch ad dinner plus exercise have my Dr. thrilled. Its' been a year since my Dr took me off of all meds and these have also replaced my morning coffee. Emily and Ricky make the best shakes of any HL nutrition shop I've been to. Best of luck on your new location.

Based on the "Grind" in the name, I went in expecting a coffee place, which it is not. I'll summarize from the words on the to-go cup: Nutrition | Energy | Lifestyle. It's more wellness/fitness-oriented drinks. I got the Purple Rain energy tea, which was a grape'ish flavored drink with caffeine, a vitamin blend, and aloe. It was good, but just unexpected based on the name. The business is very clean and well-organized, and there's plenty of comfy seating.
