    This place is what the community needed. Fast service , very informational about how the tea and shakes work. Tasty and fun. They have a long list of flavors but They will make me whatever you want . Go in and try the strawberry cheesecake . Not on the list but they will whip it up for you.????????????

    The employees are super nice and helpful. This local business offers helpful knowledge about health goals as well as delicious shakes or tea on the go! Completely addicted for all the right reasons! Stop into optimal, you won’t regret it!

    My boyfriend and I love this place. The shakes are healthy and filling--perfect for breakfast or after the gym. We definitely recommend Optimal Nutrition.
