Never been disappointed by the food here! The maitake mushroom “bacon” is incredible!

Stopped here for some refreshments with friends. They were vegan so I attempted to accommodate. Sticker shock got me on most of the food items. We settled on some beverages. I got a medium matcha vanilla latte with almond milk. They got vanilla without the matcha. We split a bowl thing. Okay so:
Food quality.
Basically top tier. It's not "over five stars' mouthgasm, but less than five stars on the basis of food quality would be simply inaccurate.
Atmosphere.
Hip. SOOOOOOO achingly hip. I did not belong AT ALL. I'm way too casual. I felt like a rube. That's not their fault, more mine. I'm just not that kind of crowd.
Price,
OUCH. yeahhh i don't regret trying it and i'm glad the place exists but wowwwww this is a one and done experience for me. I think i'd rather spend half as much and just get, i dunno, wings? But hey like I said, i'm not vegan; my friends are. It was worth showing them a nice time.
I went into this knowing it wasn't for me so that's worth bumping the place up to 4 stars from 3.
If you're a hip vegan yuppie i'm sure you'll love it here, for whatever my checkered opinion is worth :p

Creative options for avocado toasts and grain bowls. Happy to see a vegan spot so busy! The price is a bit absurd, but given the average income of Wellesley residents, $12 toast and $7.50 juice is to be expected. Making these items at home is obviously a fraction of the price, but a good place to go in a pinch or on a splurge date.

best quality in Massachusetts for sure. great recipes. great service. It may seem like high prices but this is the best produce and all organic and culinary excellence and still a bargain. you get your money's worth easily as well as a great investment into improved health with every bite!.
