    The service was excellent. This is one of the best places in New England to get sausage gravy. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable.

    The home potatoes are delicious!!! Good service. Narrowed space, if none, between tables.

    Wife and I have been frequent diners @ Uncle Charlie's since moving to So Weymouth over 5 years ago. Food is always good and reasonably priced. Wait staff has always been attentive and professional. Coffee never runs dry which is a must.

    My dad and I stopped in for a quick bite after he got out of the hospital and we were very pleasantly surprised. The food was very good and the service was excellent. We will definitely be going back. Very reasonable prices, too.

    The food is good but the waitress' assumptive close on a 40% tip this morning was a total turn-off.
    The bill came to $28.64 at when I handed her two twenty dollar bills she turned on that charm and asked, "do you need change?" like I said, the food is good and this sort of an attitude should be corrected. $11.36 is not a proper tip for regular service at a breakfast stop. $6.00 is about right.
