Crane Brook Restaurant

So glad to see Crane Brook back open. Four of us had brunch. Food was very good. We had some appetizers to start. The Brussels sprouts were tastey but the taste was overpowered by how sweet it was. We also ordered fresh fruit and found the Mellon slices were not ripe.The main dishes were very good and look forward to going back. They make a perfect bloody Mary! There were four diners in our party and the was some delay getting two of our main dishes. The entrees should come out together. We will be back.

Excellent choice for an anniversary dinner. Thank you to the service staff who were very attentive and special thanks to the chef who came to the table to welcome us. The crab ravioli special was delicious and the grilled chicken with pappardelle pasta was very nicely prepared. My husband had the grilled swordfish, which he enjoyed. We will be back again soon.

What a wonderful evening at the Crane Brook Restaurant in Carver. We had a wonderful dinner with friends. The food and service were excellent. Can’t wait to go back!!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed dining with my husband and friends at Crane Brook. We all loved our meals, cocktails and desserts. The host, Tim, was so welcoming and the waitstaff was professional . We lingered and were not rushed...a great evening.

Stopped in over the weekend to the newly opened Crane Brook.

I was offered warm bread as a complimentary started with a choice of homemade butter. We got two to try... a cranberry butter and a herb butter, both equally delicious.

For an appetizer I got an order of their Cranberry Meatballs. The meatballs came to the table warm and topped with a cranberry sauce which was very good and some whole cranberries as well. The meatballs came as three large balls, you can taste that they were very fresh and made that day. I will be ordering them again for sure.

For my main entree I tried the Steak Au Poivre. The steak came out well seasoned, and the steak was cooked to a great medium rare as I asked for it. The beef was very tender and melted in your mouth.

I was hoping to make room for dessert, but I couldn't fit it in.. was too full!
