We had drinks and a whole bunch of appetizers here with a large group. The wait staff was excellent: very friendly and very competent.

The food was great: spectacular oysters and a crab dip to die for. Definitely recommend!

Service is fantastic, but the food is just okay. Halibut and swordfish overcooked and dry. Steak doesn't really hold it's own for the price, needs sauce. Oysters aren't properly washed.

Corn bread is excellent, salmon is pretty good.

The problem is really that the quality doesn't justify the price.

Food is good and the atmosphere has a pleasant country inn feeling. But prices are pretty high, and the service was torturously slow. We were there as a family group of 7 adults and 3 babies. By the time we had been there for two hours, we had to leave without dessert, and even getting the check was a long slow process. It was just too much time for a few appetizers and one main course. Certainly not a good choice for dinner if your kids have regular bedtimes.

Nice atmosphere and good service. overall very good. The calamari was a little too crispy. Caesar salad was good. My main course meal was the meatloaf wrapped in bacon. It was very good but too much fat on the bacon. I would have liked to see more options on the dinner menu. A little noisy inside.
