The Cabin

The food is really good. Had the stuffed chicken breast this time and it was beyond expectations. Very moist and great flavors. The stuffie was good but I think some diced celery would have thrown it over the top. I have always had a great experience here. The price isn't bad for two people. You pay for what you get. I highly recommend this place

Been coming here for years. Not sure what happened this time but it was overall not good. Had the haddock and shrimp. Had to send it back as it was almost fried to a crisp. Way overcooked but the fries were cold. Did have a quahog that was passable. The last 3 or 4 times we have been here it seems to have gone downhill. The place is crowded at dinner so reservations may be in order. Most people were having pizza and burgers. That may be the way to go. Maybe the lunch fish would be better. Hope they turn it back around. The owner is nice and the staff is attentive but we go for the fish. Or at least we used to

Pleasantly surprised when we stopped at The Cabin on our drive home from the Cape not knowing anything about the restaurant.

Staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful in every aspect.

We ordered onion rings, half rack of ribs, and a shrimp salad. Everything delicious and portions outrageously generous for the price.

We would happily eat here again.

Went there for the first time for dinner. Nice bar small dinning area but short wait time to be seated. Food was outstanding! Wife had tips and my son and I had seafood. All three of us raved about how good it was in between bites! Definitely our new place to dine out!

I love the food here and I would recommend it to anyone. It's a family atmosphere, it's cozy, and they treat you as if they know you. The manager always comes to the tables and I appreciate his visibility. It's easy to make reservations beforehand and it's accessible too.
