Food was fantastic! Reasonably priced and large portions. (I ended up bringing half of it home and they boxed it up in plastic to go box, not Styrofoam!) Service was great, friendly staff and super cute waiter ???????? Pretty fancy place with cloth napkins and valet parking (optional) but was also family friendly. Food was pretty quick, but had bread and butter to munch on while we waited, enjoying the atmosphere. Easy to find, right off route 53. That was my second time there and I'll be sure to stop in next time I'm in the area!!

Disch Tavern is THE most special place! It is our kitchen several days a week. Love the food (great value with leftovers always!) and ADORE the staff. Paul Disch is the master. ❤️

This was my first time here and the food was really good. I got the fish and chips and I like that the fish was delicately and lightly battered, and NOT greasy. The cole slaw was really refreshing, crisp and lightly dressed (no thick, overpowering dressing or mayonnaise). The warm artisan bread was also very yummy! The waitress was very pleasant and accommodating. My mom and I ordered a house salad to share and the waitress said that she would split it for us. She brought us, what seemed to be 2 full size salads! My mom got the steak tips, medium rare, and they were not only cooked to perfection, but very large like little steaks in themselves. Also, the onion straws are awesome - again, lightly battered and not greasy at all. The atmosphere was very pleasant, clean, and rustic. There were mostly older adults there, and this was a Saturday around 12:30pm for lunch. The pricing was high, but the food was worth it. The fish and chips was $19.99 and the steak tips were $17.99. Also, they have free complimentary valet parking!
