BARK BBQ

My husband and I have traveled far and wide to taste some of the best BBQ in the country. We have sampled famous favorites throughout Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, and beyond... and BARK is outstanding! What a treat to have authentically delectable bbq right in America's hometown. This is a must visit!!!

STOPPED IN for takeout! YUMMY! Next time we’ll sit and eat. FUN, modern & cozy atmosphere! MUST HAVES: ST. LOUIS RIBs, COWBOY CAVIAR salad with pulled pork, and MAC & CHEESE! Also had house baked YUMMY SMORES cookies. Next time I’ll try the FRIED CHICKEN cause I’m sure it will be AMAZING!

They have really done a great job on this place. The food is delicious. The brisket is beefy with a hint of smoke, the ribs are just tender enough that they chew easy, without falling apart when you pick them up. The sides are great as well, the collard greens are a must have. Service was A+ as well. I drove three hours round trip for this meal, and I'll do it again.

So thrilled to have another option besides seafood and burgers. I tasted a lot of BBQ in the south. This place has a excellent variety of southern food. You got to try it!!

I recently moved back to New England after spending the last several years in Alabama (and hit many great barbecue spots throughout the south during my time there). That being said, I can say with 100% confidence that this barbecue is LEGIT! I got the half rack of ribs and brisket combo. Portions were huge, tons of sauces to customize every bite, and the quality of the food was incredible! Very happy to have a bbq place like this in town! Come hungry and be prepared for leftovers! If you’re looking for a really great bite, mix the collard greens with some brisket and drizzle on a little spicy bbq sauce...phenomenal! Staff was also super friendly and helpful (not to mention patient!) as us first-timers perused the menu!
