Marshland 3A

Cozy place with great food. Almost missable as you drive down 3A in Manomet, but definitely worth a stop! Breakfast here is delicious.

Really nice little spot for breakfast. Very kid friendly (help yourself to a cup of crayons and a coloring book when you sit down). Friendly staff who really take an interest in you. Made me feel like a regular on my first visit.

Our golf foursome stopped here for breakfast on our way to the course. Outstanding. Great food, great service, reasonable prices. Definitely will be my go-to place whenever I'm in Manomet.

This was our first time at this Marshland, we've been to the ones on the Cape before. The food was excellent, the service was prompt, and the waitress was friendly. The restaurant was clean and there was plenty of parking. We also bought a couple muffins to go as the baked goods are delicious. The price also just right. We had a couple of sandwiches for lunch where we didn't want something heavy.

Service was nice and the food was pretty good. My friend recommended for us to try a stuffed Quahog. It was more bready than I thought but flavor was nice. It was pretty tasty. A nice lunch to end our vacation with.
