    Totally lives up to its name..."Top Notch"! Amanda is extremely knowledgeable and a fantastic source of nutritional information. If you haven't gone yet, do your body a favor and GO!

    Nice place to have a shake or tea to take the edge off. Life coach Amanda is personable. Little cozy shop in our crazy daily lives.
