It is a good chica
Just got mac and cheese, 2 hotdogs, french fries, 2 drinks, and clam cakes for 14$. I brought cash thinking they only take that, but they take cards. Wicked good & wicked cheap! My 2 year old approves, too. We will definitely be back!
First time trying this food truck and I'll happily return if I'm in the neighborhood. The woman running the truck was very friendly and the food was good.
I got mac & cheese (delicious, generous portion, inexpensive) and a Coney dog. The hotdog and onions were both nicely grilled, I would have preferred the bun to be grilled/toasted as well (not sure if that's an option, but I'll ask next time) and I didn't love the chili (the sauce on the hot dog, not the soup kind), but there are a lot of menu items to choose from as well as specials so I'm sure to find a go-to.
I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of items available and the very good prices. I paid $6.75 for the 2 items above and a soda so definitely a good deal.
Nothing special. Expected red hot dogs, which are what I grew up with in Maine. The kind of buns used should be grilled. Steaming belongs to the coney island type. A location with a view would be an improvement.
This is a small food truck located in the parking lot across from Sullivan Tire between Wareham and Onset. Unfortunately located on a run-down and depressed stretch of Route 6, which is generally not known for its beauty.
Marsha was here today, she is extremely friendly and helpful. Basic steamed dogs are $3 each or 2 for $5. Add a dollar and a quarter for a warm can of soda.
My lunch was basic hot dogs with no flair. Quality seems good, the buns were soft and tasty, I think they grill the onions which was good.
Nothing wrong with this Place but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. $3 for a plain steamed hot dog seems a little much. If you really like a great hot dog restaurant check out "Naughty Dogs" in South Dartmouth.
