Amelia's Taqueria

Food here is great but every time I order online for pickup I run into some sort of issue. First, when I show up, they have no idea what name I'm saying, even though Nick might be the easiest name of all time, and this is a problem I've never had in my entire life (maybe it's the masks but I doubt it). Also, they haven't even processed the order - so I place the order, wait till the time they give me, I show up and they haven't even started it because no one is looking at the online system. Then, I have to sit there and wait because they've queued up my order as though I just ordered, and if it's busy when I showed up I have to wait for everyone, which kind of defeats the whole purpose of ordering in advance online.

I still give a high rating because the food is really good, and this is a complaint specific to the ordering online process. If you're always ordering in person, odds are your experience will be ideal. The food here is terrific.

Food is great, covid mandate is great as well, the only thing I had a small complaint was the employees. Whenever my bf and I would order something or add a topping, they were speaking spanish and laughing at each other every time we picked something it was really rude and annoying, it made everything awkward. Also, the person serving us the toppings would literally scoop and slap the toppings onto our food...like why?? That's not necessary...The female cashier just laughed with them as they all just spoke in Spanish. (I understood some words but it was always after we said something.) It made us uncomfortable and we left right away. We probably won't be back...

I often take my friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I visit this place often. This recommendation is always successful. The the food there is fantastic and the stuff is efficient and cooperative. always when we go to this place we pass a cheerful evening. warmly recommended.
