This long standing chain still serves decent pizza and pasta for families. The star is their brick oven pizza, though they do have good pasta and salad as well. They have a pretty extensive #glutenfree menu, including pizzas made with a cauliflower crust.
Bertucci's was nice but nothing out of the ordinary. Italian restaurant chain but no flare. The staff was busy and inattentive. Waited a while to order meatball and sausage dried out.
It's a nice casual place to bring a family. Pricing on the entrees used to be affordable but now has been updated to an average of $15. $3 soft drinks and you are quickly up to $80 for a family of 4.
The food was good (I guess that's standard), and it came relatively quick after the server took a long time to come greet us, at that point we had our whole order ready to tell him. We were sat immediately at arrival, so maybe the server needed a minute. But even after being a little behind and apologizing, it was clear all the servers were in the weeds (it means super busy, for whoever doesn't know it) and understaffed. Our server was a little bit rude but I understand it because my mom wasn't great at being nice either, she was too hungry... I'd skip it on Saturday nights until they hire more servers
