The food was great. Everything was cooked just right. When I thought something was a little off they were very gracious in getting it the way I wanted. And then fresh squeezed oj. 😊 they squeeze it right behind the counter for you to watch. We were very satisfied customers when we left. Highly recommend. 🤙🏼
I’m biased because as a Latina I can appreciate how warm and efficient Hispanics are. My Salvadorian waitress + hosted greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked if I wanted to order for take out or eat in. She got me a table and asked me if I wanted anything to drink while I looked at the menu.
My ordered came so quickly, I barely had time to check my phone while I was waiting.
My breakfast was delicious and it was mostly because the bread came generously lathered with butter. The table next to me saw my plate and asked the waitress to get them the same.
If you want delicious and fast breakfast, check out Cafe 26.
The service in the cafe was good, not outstanding but the staff were attentive and fairly friendly. In regards to the food, they like so many American cafes don’t do poached eggs which shocks me. So, I went with the cheese omelette, which tasted good but a little heavy for me in the morning so get this maybe mid morning. All in all the cafe was good, and I recommend for a breakfast stop.
This was a nice spot! Friendly service and affordable prices. I was disappointed with the side of fruit they offer as it was just an orange slice. Otherwise, I'd recommend it!
Went to Boston on vacation, was staying at The Godfrey and found this wonderful spot around the corner. Food was excellent, waitress was the friendliest I have ever met and atmosphere was so relaxing. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting downtown Boston.
