We experienced one of our best Italian meals ever. The entrees of Carbonara and Sunday Macaroni were awesome. The freshness of ingredients and flavors were off the chart. The serving portions had us leaving with a to go box to enjoy the next day. Service also totally complimented our dinner here.
The food was absolutely delicious, I had the braised beef with risotto and it was full of flavor. The vibe is very cozy and romantic, and it feels like a family owned and run place. The service was also great. And the forks are massive, I don't know why that has to do with anything but I wanted to mention it nonetheless. Come here for a date and fall in love with the food; falling in love with your date is optional.
I ordered the Crazy Alfredo and I was absolutely amazed with how wonderful the taste was. I am only visiting the Boston area for a week, and I am very glad that I chose this place. The service was not immaculate, but they DO take care of you. Absolutely worth a visit!
I cannot say enough, Carmelina’s is beyond amazing! We were a party of 5 - we each had a different entree and each one was perfection, prices are very reasonable and we had two bottles of wine as well. We had so much fun, wait staff is professional and friendly. I don’t remember the names of the entrées but I took a few pictures (which I cannot upload here), an all-around wonderful experience I will definitely be going back♥️ Really wish I could post the photos because they are amazing, they are on my Facebook page!
Cozy place to grab some Italian eats. Warm lighting. The Crazy Alfredo was the best dish I had today. It was spicy. The Chicken Milanese was also tender and good as well. And mussels are mussels. The table bread was freshly made. Nice and warm accompanied with oil and sauce. Delectable. Everything went perfectly with the $35 bottle of Chardonnay.
