As a resident, it's actually a nice place with decent food. Great to go too when it's not tourist season, like a cold night in November. The service is good and they have a ton of TVs and good people watching!
We were attending First Night Boston and decided to try Cheers for our first time. Great service & food. Front of the house was very busy around the bar. We got sat in the back where it was less busy and had a huge tv next to our table showing live coverage of First Night, so that was cool. Service was quick and our waitress was very nice. Recommend to friends and family.
Not actually the bar from Cheers but a cool place to visit. The food was pretty good and service was great. They changed channel for me to watch red zone which was very nice. Bathrooms are very small and need a steam cleaning though.
Large portions for a decent price at this sports bar. Food is good, but nothing phenomenal. Tastes like typical sports bar food. Good value for what you get though. They have a selection of appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, and some entrees. Family friendly and they have a kids menu. Service was fast. There was no wait on a Sunday night. If you watch the show, you would probably enjoy this more than I did. However, I would come back.
This is a great stop, especially if you have some older folks in your group. They will love it! Classic, and very basic bar food and drinks. A decent selection of beers. Fun memorabilia all over the place. Connected to a gift shop for fans of “Cheers”.
