    Clean and comfortable. Pleasant front desk staff. Perfect place to stay for a visit to Fenway.

    NICE, CONVENIENT HOTEL TO ALL OUR ACTIVITIES IN BOSTON. SHUTTLE WAS NICE GETTING US TO AND FROM PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION. BREAKFAST EACH MORNING WAS DELIGHTFUL. GUEST SERVICES AT FRONT DESK WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL WHEN WE HAD QUESTIONS. THERE ARE MORE GOOD THINGS I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS HOTEL BUT I'LL LET ME GIVING IT FIVE STARS SPEAK FOR ITSELF. ITS A GREAT HOTEL FOR THOSE LOOKING FOR CONVENIENCE, AFFORDABILITY, HOT BREAKFAST, AND FRIENDLY STAFF. THE ONLY AREA TO BE WORKED ON I THINK IS THE SHUTTLE DRIVERS MANNERS AND SHUTTLE SCHEDULE. OTHER THAN THAT I WUD RETURN AND RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

    We had slow drain, not enough pillows and door lock issues but Mgmt addressed and resolved them right away. Breakfast had many cold and hot items and sausage AND 3 juices including cranberry! Fairly nice experience overall.

    Wonderful stay. We got there early & they accommodated. Using their shuttle service we didn't require any other transportation service. The room was clean. Breakfast was great. I only have good things to say.
