Dates and Olives

As a vegetarian I am always looking for places that uphold the same values I have towards fresh/ locally sourced foods- Dates and Olives is absolutely one of those places. Renita the owner is committed to bettering the community through healthful cuisine. To meet a women business owner (in a male dominated realm) who values social responsibility, is extremely inspiring and refreshing. Not to mention the fresh veggies are to die for! Scrumptious, healthful and makes you feel good both inside and out. Will be coming back regularly and next time with friends!

The place looks new and modern. The staff inexperienced, and the food is pricey for what it is. Other than the spices used in the chicken, the rice had no taste. The wait is a bit long, we were served separately. However, they claim that everything is made fresh. Overall the food is healthy but needs something on the veggie side other than an old salad.

Delicious food. I usually get the salad bowl with various toppings and the lamb meatballs. I’m never disappointed. I like that it’s a quick spot to grab a meal, and the wait, if any, is worth it. Glad to support this establishment.
