    I've been coming to this Dunkins sometimes 2 - 3 x,'s per day for the last 14 years!!! Over the past year I have been disappointed with the customer service! The posted business hours say they are OPEN till 8pm But.. I've gone at 7:39, 7:35 several times and tonight at 7:30.
    Not only were they closing, the young lady was extremely RUDE when I asked why they NEVER have decaf at night and why they are closing at 7:31.She actually told me they are NOT open till 8pm. I don't know, I thought customer service was important to Dunkins, apparently not in Ashmont!
