Mike & Patty's Jamaica Plain

Was initially told they had decaf coffee, but when ordering food we were told they didn't. Ordered a Fancy breakfast sandwich that surprisingly had soft yolks? Sandwich was good, but not worth $11. Wife had to go out to a nearby spot to get her decaf. My coffee was good. I would not come back here.

The breakfast sandwiches here are so good! Every time I go back, it’s delicious and the flavor is consistent. I go for the fancy which is my favorite and the California caviar.

Mike’s Patty’s is really tasty. I visited the location within a little plaza as a pop up, but never got to try it. I finally got to try it today and it was delicious. I love how they prepare the egg! It’s such a perfect texture.. well cooked but the yoke slightly uncooked. The price is pretty steep, i paid $23 for a sandwich and a drink. The wait wasn’t very long but parking can be a bit complicated. I would recommend Mike’s.

What a delicacy! Literally melts in your mouth. Never knew an egg and cheese could slap so hard (house made mayo and Avocado added).

The wait might get to some but I’m more patient than most so no complaint from my end. I would advise ordering ahead. They seem like they get a lot of orders.
