    Food is great, one of the best places to get something to eat at BOS airport. However they do seem pretty understaffed at times. A lot of the employees (not all) aren't very friendly. This is understandable since they seem to be taking on more of a work load then a single person should have to.

    When they made my sandwich they learned my flight was delayed for three hours. When I was about to pay, the manager took care of my sandwich and said “I’m sorry about your flight. It’s on the house. Hope you have a great day.” That’s the SWEETEST moment ever that I experienced with a stranger. Thank you!
