Great spot for breakfast or lunch and cheap. Been a neighborhood fixture for a long time and it's for a reason.

Great food, substantial coffee choices, and a short walk to the water! Awesome for a grab and go breakfast.

I really like the coffee here as well as the large selection of flavors. The food is decent but I can't say much about it as I don't get it often. Cash only, ATM on site.

I really enjoy the sidewalk. The coffee (I originally would go for) is good but I found out they have super tasty fries. The hangover Burger actually tastes pretty good. They'll even do it without yolk if you ask XD. I think the only downside that place could have is that how tiny it is, and it apparently gets really busy so sometimes you have to stand outside. But they do put a tent up to keep people outside out of the rain/snow.
