Soleil

It's about time I've finally provided my good 2 cents regarding Soleil in Roxbury. I love, love this place! The owner is a staple in the community. She has many successful years experience operating restaurants, including within the Roxbury area. Soleil is my #1 go to place for good healthy meals. In addition to their excellent home cooked and nutritious meals, the customer service from their friendly and thoughtful staff is Un-matched (my opinion). Today there was a very small issue with my Soleil order. I called and spoke with Analishaa. In response, her customer service went above and beyond, and then exceeded my expectations. What's more interesting is all of their employees' customer service skills are outstanding. Soleil is an excellent example for other restaurants to follow. I would love to see many other places around Boston model their service in a similar manner. I sooo love, love Soleil!

The Beef BBQ ribs are delicious, tender and chewy; smothered in barbecue sauce. I’m so picky about what I eat, but my first time ordering from this restaurant already has me thinking about my next carry out. I had the BBQ brisket (with Mac and cheese and vegetables +chicken & banana pudding) and literally everything tasted so good. They also called to confirm a change in my order; I always appreciate exceptional communication and customer service. This was an 11/10!!!

the food is great, the staff are wonderful, the pricing is very affordable. Congratulations Cheryl Straughter for a locally owned restaurant in the heart of Roxbury. A perfectly executed restaurant from A to Z. the menu is wonderful with many tasty choices for all. from subs and burgers to home cooked meals, every bite I take i shake my head and say aloud "this is great !" the location is great, seating for many and staff greets you with a wonderful smile.
All praises to both Cheryl and the staff for a very enjoyable experience.

They have vegan choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff is friendly and kind, very attentive. You can dine in and there are many seats. The place is very clean, happy to see vegan options even at a southern fried chicken place. I has the breakfast vegan plate with whole wheat toast, delicious ? and healthy! Vegans shall not shy away from this place!
