This location is a short walk from my work so I go here almost every day. Due to my schedule, I am either one of the first customers after they open in the morning or in at night and no matter what time of day, the staff is always professional. This location can get crowded with tourists (or should I say, did, in the "before" times) but the quality never went down. The staff are great. I've gotten to know most of them and they are friendly and sometimes remember my "usual" even if I change it up a bit. I'd say for a Star Bucks it has a neighborhood feel. The location is small with limited seating inside and a few table outside and because of its size most people are in and out. Definitely my favorite Star Bucks in the area.

One of the best Starbucks in Boston. Great location, great seating options, and solid coffee as expected.

The coffee is always good, especially if you like strong coffee. The staff is very friendly, but there is very limited seating and it is usually very busy at this location. Expect to wait around 5 to 10 minutes for your coffee and to be served.

Really a noteworthy Starbucks branch near Boston South Station, the downtown Financial District and the Aquarium. While it serves all the usual Starbucks coffees and sandwiches, the atmosphere impresses with its nautical and maritime flair of the golden age of merchant ships. There is indoor seating as well as lovely outdoor patio-type tables and chairs surrounded by shady plants. And as an added bonus, this branch is right next to the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway Park, an oasis of trees, grassy lawns, and beds of beautiful flowers.
