Star's at West Roxbury

Clean, well kept Starr market... Little on the smaller side but chock full of everything that is needed... The only bad thing I have to say about the place is that the Boars Head pre made subs looked like they were slapped together with no care at all.. very unappealing. The subs was the reason for the trip there so I left subless..

I went there to get a few bags of mussels (100% guaranteed)! I found myself exploring the store. I love the layout of this market. The produce I saw was fresh. The meats looked great. Easy to go through the aisles. Easy to locate goods. What's not to like?

If they were cheaper I bet that section of the store would move more product. It just looked neglected and unloved In that section.

Lots of free parking at this end of an extensive shopping mall. Store is well lit and well stocked, but aisles can feel small with displays put up. Lay out is a little confusing with the need to have a center aisle for through traffic, and prices reflect the part of Boston it's in (slightly higher than further south).

Nice location. Great selection with helpful staff. Highly recommend.
