You're paying the premium to go to a sit-down restaurant at the airport ($3 for coffee, $3 for juice, $14 for breakfast sandwich, $3 to add an egg). The service is friendly, the bar area is clean and well maintained. I didn't get a drink, but the selection was varied. The food was freshly prepared and tasty, and would be comparable to a decent diner in any town. The restaurant takes priority pass, which is why I went. Several other patrons around me were using Priority Pass as well - it's a solid perk.
Honestly the best breakfast I've had in a long time and some tasty breakfast cocktails. It is by no means an inexpensive option but your asking for passably healthy food at an airport, you should already have that expectation. I recommend their maple bourbon martini and the veggie omelet!
As Airport restaurants go this place is plenty good enough. Lots of TVs around that are nice and low so it doesn't hurt your neck to look at them. Plenty of seating. The bar is great in a big horseshoe shape so it's easy to sit and talk. The menu themselves are pretty good with your typical restaurant food american-style.
