The Palm - Boston

A perennial classic, the Palm never disappoints. My family has been going to the Palm in various cities since 2006 and although the "837 Club" no longer exists, the tradition definitely does. Couldn't have asked for a better Valentine's Day dinner. The food was beyond perfect and our server Michelle was amazing as well. You can't go wrong going here.

Kim (AGM), Sebastian, John, Michelle, Dario and Roberto (bartenders) are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure every time I come in is better than the previous time. Kim took it upon herself to provide me with info about an obscure product I said I had enjoyed which I sincerely appreciated. The team here is genuine and polite and makes every effort to ensure you have a wonderful experience. Their attention detail during service is stellar and deserves highest marks. I even signed up for the Landry’s Select Club based upon the overwhelming and far reaching benefits highlighted by Sebastian.

The food is always well prepared and yummy, workers provides excellent customer service. I really like the cleanliness and ambience. I highly recommend this place.

Overall atmosphere including decoration and prices were great. I spent my time here comfortably until before one of the ladies in pink sweater had such bad attitude. I think she works here or maybe the owner I don’t care who she is. She should show some respect tho. She’s most of the time in her office right next to the fridge or come out of the office in order to pick up the water bottle.
