As for the negative comments, maybe they were just in a bad mood?!
Customer service is everything when delivering a service to the public. Regardless to the food, drinks or even extremely long wait times, if the customer service is just mediocre everything else is null and void. When hiring young and inexperienced folks, it is a must that they are trained to deal with the public and deliver good customer service. Training should consist of but not be limited to; communication, how to greet customers and the appropriate verbiage to use just to name a few.
The food was just ok, but the drinks were great.
Have visited twice and the second time was more disappointing than the first. We have to do better.
