(November 22, 2020, 10:57 pm)We’ve been ordering from here for many years so when they announced the change of ownership a few months ago we were disappointed but figured we would give it a chance. First time out the gates epic fail. I ordered my pizza and was told it would be 45 minutes. I called once we had gone well past the hour and was told yeah I forgot about your order so the pizza has been sitting for like 30 minutes already and we don’t know when we will deliver because we don’t have a driver. What ? No offer to make it right I had to tell them what to do I.e make fresh pizza and get it delivered ASAP.
Post incident - customer service reached out and absolutely made things right. I got my pizza and it was delicious. -
