Not sure which actual dunks they're referring to so I can't really comment on service, but the girls that work on Adams St in Quincy, are amazing! The cashier was a trainee and she had a little issue with placing my order but she didn't make it awkward, she kept a smile on her face which I liked. I ordered hashbrowns and I think they forgot about it? So when they realized they kept apologizing and gave me a few free ones. “It has been a while since I have experienced bad service in a D.D.. This happened to me years ago that I just feel like to tell. I go into all shops in my travels. This one shop that I was a regular in and my order was always the same. I started to notice that my coffee was extra creamy. Maybe I was a little paranoid when I noticed the two regular guys working as they look and giggled. I had headphones on as always. So the last time about 15 years ago I stayed aware of the work these two guys. They talked about everyone badly and I asked for dark coffee and just as I thought he gave me cream and a tast of coffee. I have gone in recently with new people and better service.”
