Philly Pretzel Factory

We ordered trays of pretzels for a graduation party. The pretzels were warm and delicious. A big hit for all the guests. The service was excellent and called beforehand to confirm. Thank you for making the party special.

Finally the REAL Philly pretzel is here. Wish there were one south of Boston.

Amazingly fresh pretzels with such a big variety of dips! Their mango smoothie drink is my fav too!! Def a delicious and different snack!!

When comparing this place to somewhere nearby such as Pretzel Time in Square One Mall (the closest pretzel competitor that comes to mind) it is a night and day difference in both price and quality. My ONLY reasoning for giving 4 stars instead of a full 5 is because there have been A LOT of times where I’ve tried to go during the posted business hours and they’re unexpectedly closed. It happened so often that I was beginning to think this place wasn’t real but instead some sort of mirage. I wish I could say that’s an exaggeration, but it really isn’t. It’s happened so many times. I only mention this to bring attention to just how badly and frequently I want Philly Pretzel — yes, it’s that good.

The pretzels are so fresh with the perfect amount of salt. The prices are so cheap for the quantity and quality of what you get. There’s really no reason to go anywhere else in the area for your pretzels — GO HERE! (If they’re open...)
