GoGo on the Ocean

Went to Go Go the other night for my Birthday and the food was excellent!

My family enjoyed the experience and we will definitely go back soon.

Went to go go’s a month ago and was surprised that the outdoor dinning is in a parking lot with some pavement and some asphalt . The table I ate at was like an end table and we had cheap plastic chairs like you would have in a back yard. My wife and I were surprised that even though I had made reservations and asked to sit in the nicer table by the ocean and had requested it when I made reservations the owner had said that they were booked and we couldn’t sit there even though by the time we left no one had ever sat at the 4 empty tables that I asked that we could sit at.

The staff try there best but some are very young and inexperienced and I asked for a cup of ice because most of the drinks there are warm if you look at other reviews and the waitress brought a bowl almost the size of the whole table and I had to use my fingers to take it out because there was no room on the table to put it. The Prosecco was almost room temperature, as for the dinner the extra large shrimp was very good and the flat bread pizza was delicious but I ordered the ribeye medium rare and there was no pink in it whatsoever and my wife ordered a pasta and lobster dish that tasted like I could have made it. If you want to use the bathroom you cannot enter the restaurant you have to get a key and walk thru a marina a decent distant from the restaurant.
The view of Boston is fantastic and the owner has a nice spot if they just invested a little money in tables and chairs and paving the parking lot and investing in another fridge or two to keep the drinks cold. When you spend over 200 dollars for a dinner I don’t think you would want to sit literally one Foot away from people on either side of you on plastic chairs and a school desk table. I will say her husband works his butt of running around trying to make things right.

My all time favorite place to eat. Everything on the menu is yummy, homemade, and leaves my mouth watering. The view of the water is breath taking, as well as the whole atmosphere of the restaurant. The staff is warm and welcoming. Great date spot. 10/10 recommend to anybody.

The atmosphere is very relaxed. The owners are very welcoming and gracious. The food is absolutely delicious. All homemade.
