“My reviews are based solely on mobility impairment handic accessibility and this particular shop is difficult because it does not have double doors, and there's no ramp that is anything like it should be and it was blocked by ice. This is surprising and the crosswalk is often blocked+ by police officers, fire trucks etc at that!!! I hope this location improve its services for people that are handicapped because so many of our veterans are struggling with mobility impairment and I feel strongly about them.after all this sacrifice the last thing they need is not to be able to get into their coffee shop because of police officer is blocking the sidewalk and is in line 10 people back!on one of the days I walked in and with a loud voice I said whoever owns the police cruiser that is blocking the sidewalk could you please move it as there is a man in a wheelchair trying to get across! ( True story) that officer looked absolutely embarrassedand when he came out, I told him that I had blocked even about 1/4 of a foot of the cross walk and then threatened by the police to get a $150 fine and I was live parking watching for handicapped peopleand that's no excuse, and it was many years ago, I have become enlightened since then helping my husband.”

“This has quickly become my local favorite for Asian soup dishes in Boston. Just yesterday I was in there for a lunch. For lunch I expect speed, but what I got was FAST! I sat right down, water showed up seconds later, 1 minute later my order was taken, 5 minutes later my food showed up, close to when I was done my bill was provided. For a fast lunch I was impressed! I've ordered takeout in the past as well. They prepare the takeout very well and holds quality for when I arrive home.”

“I have been going to this place for years, and I decided to go back a few months ago for a morning breakfast treat. It's a very short drive from where I live, and there's plenty of on street free parking nearby. This time I got an omelette, off of their regular menu. It was a fine omelette, though a far cry from what I have gotten in other places in Boston. The service was very good, as usual, and this time, the wait was much shorter for breakfast than I was used to here. I actually needed to change one of the items (substituted tomatoes for one of the starchier items that the omelettes usually come with and I had to pay extra for them.) It was a small amount, so I didn't mind that much, but at the same time, it was NOT a plus. As it turned out, between tax, tip, the extra amount for the simple substitution pushed the value up towards what I have paid at the Park Plaza and the Sheraton downtown for much, much better fare. As this is still one of my favorite nearby breakfast spots, I am still keeping this review on the heavy positive side. The one star off is for an average egg dish at a high price. Also: the coffee was good enough. Just not impressive. Will definitely still be back.”
