Taco Bell

Nice place, fast service. But, the sign says Taco Bell Breakfast. I think that makes people think you only serve breakfast. Even I was confused at first. And where is Kentucky Fried chicken?

Not impressed. Order was wrong. The decor is institutional type chairs. They don't want you to stay too long. They should add a KFC menu and I think they would do more business.

In the last two weeks I have had two wonderful experiences.
The first time I took a friend who had never been to a Taco Bell ever. He was vision impaired and could not see the menu. The store manager came out and explained the menu options and encouraged him to try a sampler meal. I was surprised how caring he was to my friend who absolutely loved his meal.
Today on my way to work I stopped again for a snack and as I pulled into the plaza an older gentleman with his grandson had broken down at the light. I purchased waters for them since there was no way I could help them with their Jeep. The manager heard I what my intention was and gave me the waters for free. The child and his grandfather were relieved they had something to drink while they waited for help. Taco Bell is very lucky they have such a wonderful and kind person running this location. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant was very clean when we ate inside.

I have had two back to back bad visits with this store. The last one we didn’t get napkins. The girl at the window wasn’t very friendly. The tacos had barely any meat in them.

The previous visit to this. I had the watermelon slushees you pay for an upgrade. Not a single candy seed in either cup! I held them to the light to make sure when we got home.

Now on a positive note they have great five dollar meal deals. You can satisfy a family with just over a twenty dollar bill. That’s saying allot these days.

The visits when they first opened were five stars! Hands down I’d of rated that way. But due to two bad experiences back to back. I went to three.

I hope you correct these errors. Such as serving items without all the toppings (candy seeds) and filling tacos correctly. Seeing how messy tacos can be, make sure the drive through employees hand out napkins.

Went the other evening. I told the young fellow about no seeds in my watermelon previously. He made good on it with a bonus. I’m less mad... oh and we got napkins!

I love Taco Bell and so glad to be able to have one in town, but I would have to say this is the slowest Fast Food I have ever had to deal with. 10-15min waits is becoming the norm. Definitely not fast food and all you hear is them say, "Sorry for the wait"
