    Room needs to be updated. Room smelled like smoke

    This DD is hit or miss! The coffee can be weak, just right or burnt. Time of day doesn't seem to be a factor as far as the coffee consistency goes. I have been disappointed using the Drive-Thru so I park and go inside. The donuts are good. The staff is OK and service is fair-to-good. The store is handicap accessible as it on ground level but the two entry doors may be a challenge. There are other coffee shop alternatives in Dudley that can provide a better quality experience at a better price. DD corporate should get involved with this franchise to protect their brand.

    Coffee not that great donuts gooood.expensive but cheaper than starbucks

    This Dunkins is clean and the seating area is all windows, which is nice even if they just overlook the parking lot. Service is good, though the drive through line can get backed up.
