Dunkin'

The Drive Thru has been terrible lately with orders getting mixed up. The staff gives you a hard time and makes faces when you point it out and ask them to fix it.

I opted to go inside this trip and was greeted by a young woman who appeared pleasant. However, she never gave me my receipt and I had to ask another employee for it.

It took longer than expected for two iced coffees & two egg&cheese wraps. The gal that took our order was telling the window person to make up their mind about whether they were doing drinks or food. After a few minutes she said drinks.

This might explain those delays & wrong orders. You're taking your chances at this location and don't expect fast service.

Really bad spot for a dd. Traffic sits heavy on all sides of this dd and people act like its the end of the world if they gave the 3seconds to let u out. Ordering a coffee could be a struggle at times. Service is friendly but it seems they try to memorize how u like ur coffee and because ur so concentrated on how to get out of there safely u grab ur coffee and go and then go drink ur coffee to which is wrong and disgusting. Not always the case but been here a dozen times and was my experience. Dangerous intersection corner spot location with okay service.

The morning crew baristas at this location are LEGENDARY! If its SUPER friendly, fast, accuracy you seek then Main St. Dunks early morning crew is the place for you!

It is Dunkin's what do you expect? Well you get tasty food and service, don't expect any more than that.

Decent turn around time, got the order right, but the employee, Ashley H., was outright rude and unhelpful. I've had worse service, but by ESL or very young folks who were doing their best, never before had such obviously intentionally bad service at a dunks.
