Great food and service. Sesame chicken is my favorite food. Love !!!

Before calling here, I had placed an order at Fitchburg Jade over on main street. However, I shortly cancelled it because the man I had spoken to on the phone was absolutely rude, wasnt listening and was rushing me. And frankly I didnt feel like spending my money there so I cancelled.
We still wanted take out so we call Kikis. The lady that answered the phone was extremely sweet! I had to thank her for being so nice, specially after having dealt with a rude person over at another restaurant.
We have ordered from kikis 4 or 5 more times after that. The lady has always been very kind. Sweet spoken. And also, if you spend a certain amount, depending on the amount, they give you something for free! I mean free food? YES!
Their food, everything I've ordered so far has been absolutely delicious. I have no complaints about them.

Owner and staff are wonderful,really care about their customers, good prices,and most importantly the food is consistently delicious. Great place.

I found that kiki's food is somewhat different from other Chinese restaurants, which surprises me. The staff are friendly, never rude, and order from here every time. I'm never disappointed. I'll be back!
