At best they were nice about at it worst I think they could have done a lot better. I was attempting to purchase a Double Whopper using a coupon on the their mobile app for $3. Its strictly a mobile only order. Fine, I have no problem ordering it on the app. However its 9:30am and the app is assuming they are only serving breakfast. Cashier said they are serving burgers now. I explained the issue to who I thought was the manager and asked if they could honor it. My thinking either she wasnt a manager, doesn't understand the concept of quality customer service, or just couldn't be bothered to make an adjust to correct the situation for me. It wasn't her fault but as a representative of the company a lot more could have been done. Location says its owned by the Kohler Family. I hope the Kohlers care more for their customers than this

Could be better! You now when you realize that the extra dollar you paid for a large size and it comes as the same size as the small one. Bummer!

I am a McDonalds man myself, but I got myself a salty crown and had a tasty coke on the side.
