Chuck E. Cheese

Manager is really attentive. Machines in great conditions, and whenever one is not they fix it right away. Is a Good place to go with your kids.

UPDATE - 5/29/2019

The place did another overhaul and it's back to excellent!!! The new system lets you play for a certain amount of time. We were having so much fun again, I bought another hour. I think it was too expensive in the past, and is much more reasonable now. I feel I definitely got my money's worth. Friendly, helpful workers. Almost all machines were functional, which was great considering how busy it was. A great turn-around from a year or so ago. Just wish they gave out bigger and better prizes. If they did, they'd get a lot more out of my wallet. Still, I look forward to returning with the grandkids again!!!

2 Year old Review

I use to take my grand kids here on a Friday night every month. Not any more. It was a rip-off before, as far as what you got in return for tickets, but we at least enjoyed the games. Not anymore.

Since they overhauled the place, and started using cards instead of tokens, it's not only gone downhill, but crashed at the bottom. Here's an example. We would usually get between 1500 and 2500 tickets each time we'd go (around $60 on games, $20. on food).

This last (and I mean LAST) time we went we spent $60.00 and got 224 tickets. 4 pieces of candy and some little princes stickers. Wow (sarcastically). Not only that, 3 machines in a row took credits off the card but didn't work. It's AWFUL!!!

Not much else around except Great Wolf, which is over-priced, but I think a better option now.

It's too bad, too. We use to have a lot of fun there. They're losing about $700 a year from me. If they had gone in the other direction, like adding better games at the same price per play, and making it possible to win bigger prizes, I think they would have grown like crazy, Now, I don't see them lasting.

Our party staff member Eva was amazing!! Friendly, attentive she made our party better because they were under staffed and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The manager didn't seem to care and nor did the kitchen staff. We usually love their pizza but it was made without a care. Honestly she made a bad situation good! She saved our party. She is the only reason im giving 4 stars.

I gave 5 stars bc my grandson loves this place however this new card system...... I along w/ several other parents spent our time at Chuck E. Cheeses looking everywhere for the cards our children/ grandchildren misplaced. What a stupid idea on Chuck E's part!!

I had to spend an additional $20 to replace the first card & I certainly wasn't allowing the wi ones to hold onto the new card after losing the first, so my time at Chuck E consisted of following kids from game to game to game. I wasn't able to sit down & enjoy watching them have fun THANKS TO THE STUPID CARD IDEA OUR BRILLIANT CHUCK E. Came up with!!

This Chuck E cheese is actually really clean. The staff were friendly. Their food was actually really good. Would highly recommend this particular Chuck-E-Cheese. Went on a weekend and it was not too busy, although it was mid morning. It was the first Chuck-E-Cheese I went to that was as clean as this was, and no broken machines.
