McDonald's

Went at about 1am. Got great customer service from the guy working the counter. Plus they have the self-order kiosks, which I really like using.

The night shift girl working until 2am was such an asset to this McDonald's. From the start of my take out order until everything was served through the drive thru, she had a smile and really showed she cared for her job and her customers. I wish I had her name.
Management has a great team leader here.

My daughter loves McDonald's and we visit at least once a week for a chicken nugget happy meal. My hubby loves the iced coffee and muffins. And I'm a big fan of the iced coffee and McGriddles (so good!)
This location is very busy, but typically serves quickly and accurately. The drive through also serves at a reasonable pace and seldom has you pull over to wait.
Customer service is OK; staff is mostly young kids (need I say more?)

I really like their new way of making decaf coffee. Each time u order it they use fresh beans to grind for each individual cup. The coffee used to be old and had a terrible taste because no one really buys decaf coffee so it sits there. Very happy they made the change. Now the coffee is fresh at all times

It might be a bit off for me to call myself a McDonald's 'Connoisseur', but I am. In my town alone we have two of them, and then there are two more in the next town over. Sadly, only one gets it right. I know, fast food is fast food. But, just because it's fast doesn't mean I don't expect people to follow the simple instructions that pop up on the screen in front of them. Such as no onions or pickles. Why is it so hard to leave something -off- a burger? I'll never get it.

However, the McDonald's at this address has never messed up an order and the line moves quickly even when long. The food doesn't taste like it's been sitting around for hours and comes out piping hot. Not to mention, their fountain coke is literally the best around. This one gets a kudos.
