    This place is more than just another burger shop. I'm told that they are internationally renowned for their pancakes. I did not order the pancakes though, Mitch Hedberg was right.

    Service is always great :) Emily is a sweet server. I never have any problems here. Food is very delicious!

    Best IHOP I have ever been too. The food was great but me and my wife ordered the sweet tea and it was terrible it wasn't even cold even though it had ice in it and was not sweet at all. Plus we had to ask for napkins three times until we got them. Other than those things it was a great I hope. But we did end ordering a soda since the Tea was terrible like I said it's the cleanest IHOP we have been too.

    My wife had the Tilapia, she liked it, not over cooked, moist and tender. I got double blueberry pancakes, tasty, plenty of berries, the compote did not overwhelmed the dish. I only received 3 pancakes, should have been 4.
