Farmer Matt

We have ordered both Friday & Sat night dinners to go (along with smoked ribs to go- heat & eat), and we have raved about the quality and care put into each of them! Recently, we had a grad party at our house. We ordered the burgers, hot dogs, and wings for the party. Everyone at the party noticed the difference (from store-bought) in the delicious burgers, the "crunchy" tasty hot dogs, and the wings (teriyaki & buffalo) were a smash hit!! It is a pleasure to support local businesses, especially when we are thrilled with the quality! They have outstanding customer service and are so accommodating as well! I highly recommend that everyone check them out! We also LOVE that they network with other local "farm folks" to offer a wide variety of great foods and yummy treats for the whole family!!

I absolutely love this place. I live in South Barre and have not found a good place to eat until I found Farmer Matt. The haddock I've ordered twice, it's so good. The vegetables are always crispy and fresh and I've yet to order a meal wout ordering a homemade dessert as it's just so good. It takes me 11 min to get there and it's such a beautiful scenic drive. This is definitely a hidden gem and worth checking out.

The best tasting beef I’ve ever had. Absolutely great customer service, and an all around nice guy. Give his beef a try, you won’t be disappointed.

We orderEd the Valentin’s Day meal. It was amazing. We have purchased Farmer Matt’s products from his farm as well as a farm stand he sells at and have never been disappointed. It is so important to support local business and even more important to eat local and know where your food comes from. Matt does it right. He takes pride is his products and is the kindest man taking time to talk to people.

We have been buying Matt's burger for a long time. We stopped by yesterday to get some more and his cook was making fresh Turkey pot pies. Bought one for Super Bowl Sunday and it's amazing. Best ever!!!!
