Lilac Hedge Farm

There are about three different services offered at this business: ice cream shop, farmers meat (and some local veggies) store, and a local craft brewery experience.

All are excellent.

The ice cream is outstanding, with generous portions and fair pricing. The quality of the ice cream is second to none.

The meat sold here is all fresh, local, and well priced. Although we haven't purchased much, what we have has been very good.

The farm bar has a lovely selection of local craft brews, as well as some national brands just to keep everyone happy. The outdoor vibe, pet friendly atmosphere, and family/neighborhood feeling is exactly what you want in a location. The views out over the pasture are great. It is an excellent place to chill with friends or family over a couple of pops and some good (but a little pricey) food.

This place is quickly becoming my go-to place.

I have been ordering my meat from Lilac Hedge Farm for over a year now and I no longer shop for meat at the grocery store! The quality is outstanding and service is amazing. We also do all of our holiday orders from them including Thanksgiving (which included an easy and flawless pickup) and Easter (which we had delivered). Their seasonal boxes and bundles are also amazing as they get me trying new cuts of meat and new ways to cook (who knew I could cook ribs at home!). I also buy their chicken bones to make fresh stock (and of course use any leftovers from whole chickens etc). In addition, I now get all of my seafood from their partnership with Jordan’s seafood. They are truly a one stop shop for all of your meat and seafood needs! Please go support this amazing local business.

Lilac Hedge is a beautiful farm with delicious ice cream and even a space for eating lunch and drinking brews with a backdrop of Mt. Wachusett. We ordered the “best of the farm” box from their website Sunday night. It was delivered on Tuesday and it has been absolutely delicious. The meat is so tender and fresh. We have loved everything we have eaten so far! We will be purchasing on a monthly basis and we absolutely recommend. We love supporting a local farm and having fresh meats delivered to our door. We started buying meat at Lilac Hedge Farm for special occasions. Now we’ve joined subscribe and save and eating most of our meat from them. So much better than grocery store. Farmed the right way. Better for your health and the health of the planet. Love that we’re buying local and supporting this excellent small business. Highly recommended.

First time purchasing from Lilac Hedge Farm and definitely will be shopping from them. The food I bought was packed great, the delivery person called and was great. The food was a big hit. I'm glad I found this farm and love the idea of farm to table. Can't wait to make my next purchase.
